Supergirl Jaroonsak: The Queen of Spear Knees and a Rising Star on the Global Stage

In the world of Muay Thai and international combat sports, Supergirl Jaroonsak stands out as a name to remember. Known as the “Queen of Spear Knees”, she has not only inspired women around the globe but also redefined what it means to be a female fighter in Muay Thai.

From a 3-Year-Old Fighter to a Global Sensation

Supergirl, born Anna Jantarasri, began her journey in Muay Thai at just 3 years old in her hometown of Bangkok. Under the meticulous guidance of her father, Jaroon Jantarasri, also known as Jaroonsak Sor Vorapin, she developed discipline and a love for Muay Thai.

“I just wanted her to have a strong foundation and appreciate the art of Muay Thai,” Jaroonsak said about his initial intention for training his daughter. But what started as a childhood activity soon transformed into a passion and career, leading Supergirl to her first fight at the age of 10.

Her natural talent and determination propelled her to national competitions and eventually to the global stage. At just 16 years old, she made her debut in ONE Championship, one of the world’s premier combat sports platforms.

Making an Impact in ONE Championship

Supergirl’s debut in ONE Championship was nothing short of spectacular. She knocked out her opponent in the very first round, making an immediate impression on fans and critics alike.

Her dynamic style, blending power, precision, and agility, has made her one of the most exciting female fighters in the organization. With every fight, she proves that women in Muay Thai are a force to be reckoned with.

The Legacy of the Queen of Spear Knees

The nickname “Queen of Spear Knees” didn’t come by accident. Supergirl is renowned for her devastating knee strikes, which have become her signature weapon in the ring. Her skill and determination have set a new standard for female fighters in Muay Thai, earning her respect from fans and fighters worldwide.

Building Her Legacy: Supergirl Jaroonsak Gym

Today, Supergirl is not only a fighter but also a businesswoman. Together with her father, she opened the Supergirl Jaroonsak Gym in Phuket, Thailand. Located in the serene area of Thalang, this gym serves as a hub for Muay Thai enthusiasts from around the world.

The gym offers training for both professionals and beginners in a friendly and supportive environment. Supergirl and her father are passionate about passing on their knowledge and preserving the art of Muay Thai for future generations.

“I’m proud to run this gym with my daughter and see her grow both as a fighter and a mentor,” Jaroonsak shared.

The Youngest Fighters in ONE Championship

Although Supergirl made waves as a 16-year-old debutant, she isn’t the youngest athlete in ONE Championship. That title belongs to Johan Ghazali, a Malaysia-American prodigy who signed with ONE at just 16 years old.

Additionally, Smilla Sundell, a Swedish Muay Thai fighter, became the youngest ONE World Champion by claiming the Strawweight Muay Thai title at the age of 17.

However, age is no barrier for Supergirl. She continues to make her mark with every fight, showcasing her relentless determination and extraordinary talent.

From Fighter to Inspiration

Supergirl Jaroonsak’s story is not just about victories in the ring but also about inspiring others to dream big.

“I want people to see that Muay Thai isn’t just for men. It’s an art form that anyone can learn and excel in,” she said.

For those who wish to learn Muay Thai from a world-class fighter, Supergirl Jaroonsak Gym in Phuket is the place to go. Here, you’ll experience the true spirit of Muay Thai and learn from one of the best in the world.
